Port Qasim Authority (under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs) invites applications from motivated, skilled and qualified professionals for contractual project positions on offshore dredging and related projects at Port Qasim, Karachi. Employment is on a lump-sum contractual basis for 02 years, extendable based on performance and project requirements. Salary: lump-sum.

Project Officer	01	Bachelor's degree in maritime, hydrography, administration or related field. Hydrographic/dredging diploma or certification preferred. Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Experience in data management, project reporting, supervision; ability/willingness to work in field and offshore.	Up to 55 years
Project Hydrographic Officer	01	Bachelor's degree in maritime, hydrography or related field. Diploma/Certification (preferably Category-B) from HEC/IHO-recognized institute in Hydrography, Dredging or maritime related field. Expertise in Hypack/Hysweep and survey software; exposure to dredging surveys and IHO S-44 standards. Field experience in bathymetric data acquisition, tide gauges, RTK GPS, data processing and IHO-compliant reporting.	Up to 40 years
Project Accountant	01	16 years education (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Taxation, Economics, Business Administration or related (HEC-recognized institute). 7+ years' experience in accounts, audit, statutory compliance, taxation and financial management; proficiency in report writing and documentation. Experience with invoicing/payments, monitoring audits, financial reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance.	Up to 40 years
Project Duty Officer	03	Diploma/Certification from HEC/recognized institute in maritime related field; ex-officers from National Hydrographic Office with field experience may apply. Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office. Experience (minimum 2 years) in VTS/port control, hydrography, dredging or related operations; familiarity with dredging and nautical operations. Fitness for day/night/shift working; ability to manage documentation, logs and reporting.	Up to 55 years

Place of duty: Port Qasim, Karachi.
