Issuer: Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT), Balochistan. Purpose: CMIT is hiring contract/third-party engineers and technical experts to conduct Third Party Validation (TPV) of ongoing/completed PSDP projects, evaluate PC-1 and allied documents, confirm scope/quantities/quality and report implementation constraints.

| Civil Engineer (Buildings & Infrastructure) — Mid-level | BS/BE Civil Engineering; minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in buildings & infrastructure; preferably experience in monitoring & implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects. |
| Civil / Structural Engineer (Roads & Allied Infrastructure) — Mid-level | BS/BE Structural or Civil Engineering; minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in roads, highways & bridges; preferably experience in monitoring & implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects. |
| Civil Engineer (Irrigation & Water Resources) — Mid-level | BS/BE in Water Resources / Hydrology or related discipline; minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in water sector projects; preferably experience in monitoring & implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects. |
| Electrical / Electronics Engineer (Energy Sector) | BS/BE Electrical/Electronics Engineering; minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant engineering discipline & projects; preferably experience in monitoring & implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects. |
Pay & terms: All-inclusive monthly packages are offered (pay portion negotiable). Shortlisted candidates will be engaged on contract (likely extendable subject to satisfactory performance). Selected engineers will be responsible for their own office setup/transport; limited TA/DA and field equipment may be provided.
Eligibility & Documents: Submit updated CV, copy of CNIC, attested academic credentials, evidence of previous projects/experience, PEC registration where applicable, passport-size photograph, and other supporting documents. Preference given to candidates with prior TPV/monitoring experience and familiarity with government/PSDP procedures.
Selection & assignment: Applications will be screened; shortlisted candidates may be required to provide references, technical findings/reports, and participate in interviews. Selected personnel must maintain confidentiality and resolve any disputes through mutual consultation with CMIT.
