Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) — Project Construction invites e-bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible contractors registered on EPADS v2.0 for the following tenders. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (Category C-6 or above with appropriate specialization codes) and meet other eligibility requirements described below.

Submission & opening: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Bid submission deadline (receive by): 2026-06-23 up to 12:15 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-23 at 12:45 PM via EPADS v2.0.
Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered with PEC (Category C-6 or above) with relevant specialization codes (e.g., EE-04 / EE-05) and must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Bids should include the required bid security (2% of the BOQ/Tender Amount in favor of Project Director Construction FESCO Faisalabad) and comply with instructions in the e-bidding documents. Tender documents, conditions and e-bidding instructions are available on FESCO and PPRA websites and via EPADS.
Notes: Bidding is open only to eligible firms registered with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA as applicable. Late, incomplete or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
