IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Nawaz Sharif Medical District & Children Hospital II, Lahore

Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible general contractors through the EPADS system for external works for the Establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore, Children Hospital-II & Institute of Genetics and Blood Disease. The scope includes development of internal and external road infrastructure, emergency circulation roads, pedestrian walkways, landscape areas, utility infrastructure, and public amenities required for operational functionality of the healthcare campus.

Key instructions:

- Interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate. PQ documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered applicants on EPADS.

- PQ proposals must be prepared following the Pre-Qualification document and submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-16 by 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:30 PM. If the last date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
