Bank Makramah Ltd invites sealed proposals from experienced and qualified advertising agencies for development and execution of conventional and digital advertising services. The selected agency will be responsible for delivering comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and must have a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience.

Key Dates & Submission
Pre-bid discussion (via email/call): 2026-07-07 by 05:00 PM. Last date/time for submission of sealed bids: 2026-07-13 by 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Manager Procurement & Administration, Bank Makramah Ltd. Late submissions will not be accepted. Prices should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes; validity of quotation must be at least 90 (ninety) days.

- Copy of CNICs of all Directors/Management
- Audited accounts for last 3 years and corresponding 3 years bank statements
- Details on age of business, business volume and staff strength
- Technical competence: HR quality, technological expertise & support
- List of key customers
- Two relevant references / purchase orders of similar projects (preferably from a financial institution/bank)
- ISO certification
- Business continuity plan
- Undertaking on PKR 500/- stamped paper, duly attested by an oath commissioner, stating the firm is not blacklisted and is not a tax defaulter
Other Terms
Prices will be opened by the Quotation Committee when a full quorum is present. Bank Makramah Ltd will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of documents. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the bid or withdraw the RFP/LOI without assigning reason.
