- Closing date & time: Submit on or before 2026-06-27 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM through EPADS by the evaluation committee in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

- Bid security: Original bid security of 2% of tender amount in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Ahmed Pur Sial must be delivered to the address below before the bid closing time. A scanned copy of the security must also be uploaded on the EPADS portal; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.

- Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure with least-cost method as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended).

- Bidders must have valid registration with Pharmacy Council (Form-9) and registration for income and other professional taxes as required in the bidding documents.
