Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid (ePADS) – Multiple Supply Tenders, P.R. Headquarters Lahore

Pakistan Railways, Chief Controller of Purchase, P.R. Headquarters Office, Lahore invites bids through the ePak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for multiple supply items and spare parts. Tenders cover miscellaneous items and numerous D.E. locomotive spares, workshop consumables and materials (examples include upholstery artificial, fibreglass sheets, overhead crane spares, stopper sleeves, varnish, jet lube oil, LPG gas, steel mild flats and multiple DE loco spare lots).

Key instructions:

• All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). No bid other than EPADS will be accepted.
• Bid security must be submitted before closing of tender physically in a tender box at the office of the Chief Controller of Purchase. Bidders must also upload the complete scanned copy of the physical documents on EPADS.
• Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and tender schedules can be downloaded free of cost from the eprocure portal.
• Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted on EPADS as per the schedule given in the respective tender listings.

Interested bidders should consult the EPADS listings for individual tender/bid numbers, item descriptions, exact closing and opening dates and terms of delivery for each lot. Each tender in the announcement has its own closing and opening date/time as published on EPADS.
