Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Government of Pakistan, invites proposals (RFP) for hiring a Tax Consultant on a monthly retainer basis for an initial period of one year (extendable up to three years).

| Eligibility & Experience | Reputed Chartered Accountants/Advocates/Companies/Firms with at least 15 years professional experience in tax advisory and tax litigation for public sector corporate bodies. Must be duly registered with respective Bar Councils/ICMA/ICAP and be active on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the Year 2026-27. |
| Financial Requirement | Applicants must have an annual turnover exceeding PKR 50 million during the last three years. |
| Contract Term | One year on monthly retainer basis, extendable up to three years. |
| RFP Documents Fee | PKR 5,000 (non-refundable) payable by CDR/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque. Documents available from the office on written request until 2026-06-18 during office hours. |
| Bid Security | CDR/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque as Bid Security equal to 2% of the quoted bid. Bids without required bid security will be considered non-responsive. |
| Submission Deadline | 2026-06-19 before 11:00 AM. (Bids received after due date/time will not be considered.) |
| Bid Opening | 2026-06-19 at 11:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. |
