University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin Tender Notice — Procurement of Books and Gym Equipment (Closing 2026-06-12)

Issuer: Director Purchase & Store, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin. Sealed bids are invited from well-reputed, financially sound and eligible firms/suppliers/dealers/distributors/manufacturers/book sellers/publishers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and registered on e-PADS for the following tenders.

Submission deadline: 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office/Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin. Original Bid Security Instrument and affidavit must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Director Purchase and Store before bid submission deadline. Bidders must upload bids on the e-PADS portal; physical original bid security is required as specified.

Eligibility & Documents: Interested eligible bidders registered on e-PADS may download bidding documents in English containing specifications, quantities, terms and conditions from the e-PADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Original Bid Security Instrument and affidavit must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with Tender No. & Title to the office of Director Purchase and Store before the submission deadline.
