Tender: Framework Contracts for Medical & Hospital Supplies — THQ Hospital Ahmed Pur Sial (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Ahmed Pur Sial, Jhang. Invitation for framework contracts for procurement and local supply of medicines and hospital items for the financial year 2026-2027. Contractors/firms with required registrations and tax compliance are invited to submit e-bids.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms having valid registration with the Pharmacy Council (Form 9) and registered for Income and other professional taxes. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement/EPADS portal (http://punjab.epprocure.gov.pk/).

Submission details: Submit bids on or before 2026-06-27 (Saturday) by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM by the evaluation committee; attendance by bidders is optional. Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory; hard copies submitted by hand will not be entertained.

Bid security: Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated tender amount in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Ahmed Pur Sial must be delivered to the office address before bid closing time and a scanned copy uploaded on the EPADS portal; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.

Procedure and rules: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure with least-cost method will be adopted as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding will be executed in accordance with PPRA Rules.
