Prequalification: Supply & Support of 70 Eco-Friendly Electric Buses for Lahore Division – Punjab Transport Company

Punjab Transport Company (PTC) invites prequalification applications from experienced, reputable firms / Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for the manufacture, supply and support of seventy (70) pure electric urban/city buses for Lahore Division. Vehicles required are nine (9) metre and twelve (12) metre city buses with associated slow and fast chargers, spare parts, tools and diagnostic equipment, plus related charging infrastructure and support services. Number of buses may vary.

Submission and timeline:

Submit prequalification applications electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement / ePAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) via https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk/ (or the EPADS web portal) on or before 1100 hours (PST) on 2026-07-09. Applications will be opened the same day at 1130 hours (PST). If 2026-07-09 is an official holiday, the next business day will be treated as the due date. The Procuring Agency will not accept manual submissions; any manual application will be rejected.
