Under Execution Application No. 98105/2017 (Banking Jurisdiction) — Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited v/s Nazir Rice Mills & others — the Lahore High Court, Lahore, has issued a Proclamation of Sale for mortgaged properties to satisfy a decretal amount of Rs. 88,396,153.17 (plus allowable costs and charges).
