Tender Notice: IT Equipment, Repair, Surveillance & POL Supplies – Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Closing 2026-07-20)

Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under PPRA rules 2014 (amended) for multiple procurement categories. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and follow the submission procedure described below.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidders may obtain bidding documents containing terms & conditions and quantities free of cost from the following websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The PPRA e-procurement tender viewing URL is also referenced by the procuring agency.

Submission & bid security: A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system referenced (E-Pak / Punjab eProcure) according to the published schedule. Every bidder must submit a fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as refundable bid security in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The original bid security must be submitted to the address mentioned by the procuring agency before the closing time and date. RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids.
