MEPCO Career Opportunity — Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (Multan)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). MEPCO invites applications for the senior executive position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer to be posted at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan. The role reports to the CEO / Board of Directors and is a contractual C-level position focused on supply chain and procurement strategy, operations, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement MEPCO's supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision and CEO/Board direction; manage procurement teams per PPR Rules and MEPCO procurement practices; lead procurement, equipment, supplies and services acquisition efforts; manage teams responsible for supply chain, material control and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective distribution of equipment and supplies; ensure effective use of the ERP system for supply chain execution; coordinate with other departments; and periodically update and validate the supply chain framework to align with internal business requirements and external macro-economic dynamics.

Qualification & Experience

• 16-years education (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Relevant certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputable institutions are desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department or equivalent strategic leadership position) in a large-scale public, private, multinational, or corporate organization.

Age Limit: Upper age limit 62 years at the time of closing.

Remuneration: Market-based competitive salary package approx. Rs. 0.8 to Rs. 1.0 million per month. Package negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits, allowances and facilities admissible under Company policy for C-Level executives. Annual performance appraisal by the MEPCO Board of Directors. The position is contractual, non-pensionable and not a long-term permanent post.
