MEPCO Career Opportunity — Chief Supply Chain Management Officer (Multan Headquarters)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites applications for the position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer to be based at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan. This is a contractual senior executive role reporting to the CEO/Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead MEPCO's supply chain strategy aligned with organizational vision and Board/CEO directives; manage procurement team and procurement functions in accordance with PPRA rules and MEPCO procurement procedures; lead procurement of equipment, supplies and services; manage inventory control and logistics for efficient distribution; supervise supplier, contracts and procurement teams; ensure effective use of ERP for supply chain execution; coordinate with other departments to optimize supply chain and procurement functions; periodically update the supply chain framework and validate alignment with business requirements and external dynamics.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 16-years education (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain or related field from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Professional certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputable national/international institutions are a strong plus. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department) in a large-scale public sector, national, multinational or corporate organization. Experience should demonstrate strategic leadership and ability to manage large-scale supply chain functions.
