Executive Engineer (Roads), CW, PPH Department, District Sohbatpur invites sealed bids (National Competitive Bidding, CSR-2026) from eligible contractors for the following road and bridge works. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Authorities Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council by-laws. Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure will be used.

Eligibility & Documents: Firms must be registered with PEC in the required category (as specified in bidding documents) and with tax authorities (NTN, Sales Tax, BRA) where applicable. Bid Security & Fees: Earnest money amounts are shown above (in the form of Call Deposit). Non-refundable tender fee Rs.1,500 must be deposited as a green challan in head of account 02716 (or indicated in bidding documents).
Bid Documents & Submission: Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), CW, PPH Department, District Sohbatpur during office hours on production of the green challan (Rs.1,500) or downloaded from the BPPRA website. Bids must follow the Two-Envelope format (Technical & Financial).
Last Date & Opening: Bids must be delivered by 2026-08-13 at 12:00 hrs. Technical envelopes will be opened on 2026-08-13 at 13:00 hrs before the Procurement Committee; financial envelopes of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per committee schedule.
Bid Validity: 90 days from the date of opening (as per bidding documents).
