Expression of Interest – 2.00 MW Solar Plant with BESS at Aror University (BOO Model)

Issuer: Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur. The university invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms for development under a BOO (بی او او) model of a solar power plant together with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for the university campus.

Scope: Design, construction, operation and transfer under BOO model of a solar photovoltaic power plant (listed capacity: 2.00 MW) with an associated BESS (capacity shown in the notice as 1,664). Bidders should be experienced in utility-scale or institutional solar + storage projects and able to deliver, operate and maintain the system per the project requirements.
