HEC US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor PhD Scholarships 2027 (Top 100 QS US Universities)

Issuer: Higher Education Commission (HEC) – Project Management Unit, US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor (HRD Division), Sector H-8, Islamabad. HEC invites applications for fully/partially funded PhD scholarships for 2027 admissions (US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor) for Pakistani/AJK nationals who have secured admission in QS-ranked US universities.

The scheme covers applicants admitted to Top 100 QS world-ranked US universities and is offered in two categories with different tuition support levels. Applications must be submitted online through the HEC scholarship portal.

Key eligibility (as stated): Pakistani/AJK nationals; minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree (BS/BSc or equivalent, 16 years formal education); no 2nd or 3rd division in entire academic record for the relevant category; maximum age on closing date: 40 years for regular government employees/regular faculty members of public sector universities & government colleges and regular staff of approved R&D organisations, and 35 years in other cases; applicants must not be receiving any other scholarship. Applicants must have secured admission in the applicable QS-ranked US university for the chosen category.

Preference is given to applicants with admission in preferred subject areas listed on the HEC website.
