National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Islamabad invites applications for undergraduate BS programs for the Fall Session 2026. Eligible candidates must apply online via the NUMS admissions portal and meet the program-specific academic requirements and entry-test conditions listed below.

Admission / Entry Test Requirements: Candidates must qualify one of the following tests: NUMS MDCAT 2025 (valid for Fall 2026), NAT conducted by NTS (validity 1 year), or USAT conducted by USAT-HEC (validity 1 year).
Merit Determination (Weightage): NUMS MDCAT/NAT/USAT 50%, HSSC (or equivalent) 40%, SSC/O-Level 10%.

Important Notes: Application fees: Regular Rs. 2,500; Late Rs. 3,000. In compliance with government policy, 5% seats are reserved for children of Overseas Pakistanis. Private hostel and transport facilities, scholarships and extracurricular activities available.
