IDAP RFP: Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Medical Furniture for Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II) — Package 16 (Lot-B)

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Request for Proposal (RFP) Tender No. HCP/FGPC(PGMI)-II/ME-260622-1/P16B for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of local medical furniture (Package No.16, Lot-B) on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad.

How to apply: Interested bidders must register on the EPADS (e-procurement) system to be eligible. RFP documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) federal website. Technical and Financial Proposals must be prepared per RFP instructions and submitted on EPADS.

Submission & Opening: Proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 15 July 2026 no later than 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on EPADS on the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals received through any other mode than EPADS will not be considered. If the submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
