DHA Lahore Tender: Underground MV/LV Electrification & Street Lighting for Sector-W Phase-VIII

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore invites sealed single-envelope bids for the construction of underground external electrification works (MV/LV) together with a street light system for the newly created / re-planned area in Sector-W of Phase-VIII DHA Lahore. Estimated project cost is Rs. 530 million with a completion period of 8 months.

Eligibility and Key Requirements: Bids are invited from DHA Lahore registered companies/firms (including joint ventures where both partners are registered with DHA in independent capacity). Firms must have relevant experience of similar works and valid PEC registration for 2025/2026 in category C2 & above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05.

Required documents (to be produced with bid / for purchase of tender documents): company/firm written request for purchase; company/firm representative authority letter for collection; valid PEC certificate and DHA Lahore registration certificate; proof of execution of similar works (completed in last three years) with supporting documents (work orders, completion certificates, contract agreements); NTN, active taxpayer proof, no-litigation and bank account maintenance certificate; any other documents as per prescribed bid documents.

Pre-bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore on the date and time stipulated in the tender documents.

Additional Notes: All applicable taxes and duties must be included in bids. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Award of contract will be decided after scrutiny/evaluation of bids.
