Required documents for procuring tender documents and bid submission include: company’s written request for purchase, firm representative authority letter, valid PEC certificate and DHA Lahore registration, proof of execution of similar works (completed in last three years) such as WOs/CAs/Completion Certificates, NTN and active taxpayer proof, no-litigation certificate and bank account maintenance certificate. Sealed bids must follow single-stage single-envelope procedure. All applicable taxes and duties must be included in bids. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and will decide award after evaluation.
