Eligibility and required documents:
- Only DHA Lahore registered firms (or joint ventures where both firms are DHA-registered in independent capacity) are eligible.
- Relevant experience of similar works and valid PEC license for year 2025/2026 in category C-4 & above with specialization code(s) CE-9 & CE-10.
- Firms must provide: written request for purchase of tender documents; representative authority letter to collect documents; valid PEC certificate; valid DHA Lahore registration certificate; proof of execution of similar work in last three years (WOs, CAs, completion certificates); NTN; active taxpayer proof; no-litigation & bank account maintenance certificate.
- Bids must be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason.
Pre-bid meeting will be held at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore on the date mentioned in the tender documents.
