Mayo Hospital Lahore — Annual Tender Notice F.Y. 2026-27 (Tender Closures 21–22 July 2026)

Mayo Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from local manufacturers, sole agents/sole importers, principals/distributors and general order suppliers registered for e-procurement with PPRA/E-PADS for framework procurement of multiple store items and supplies for F.Y. 2026-27. Submission is electronic through the Punjab e-procurement portal (E-PADS). Hard copies are not required except original bid security as specified below.

Key procurement and bidding instructions:

• Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR Rules, 2014 (amended).
• Documents & bidding submission: Obtain and submit documents via E-PADS (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted on E-PADS before the tender opening time.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-04 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room, Surgical Tower, Mayo Hospital, Lahore. Minutes will form part of the bidding document.
• Original bid security: For Tender Code A08 (Medical Gases) submit 2% original bid security; for Codes A15–A21 submit 1% original bid security in shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Bank Draft on the date of tender opening.
• Sample submission: Bidders must submit samples of quoted items as per bidding document at the designated store/section on the same day as tender opening.
• Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the Conference Room of Surgical Tower.
