Eligibility & submission instructions: All interested bidders must register on the EPADS system to be eligible. RFP/RFP documents with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website at https://ppra.gov.pk. Proposals (Technical & Financial) must be prepared as per RFP instructions and submitted on EPADS.

Deadlines & opening: Proposals must be submitted on EPADS before the stated cut-off time (submission time visible in the notice). Technical proposals will be opened on EPADS at 03:30 PM on the same day; proposals received through any other mode will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
