Mayo Hospital invites e-bids from local manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers, principals/distributors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA or on Punjab e-Procurement (E-PAFS/E-Procure) for supply of various hospital stores and materials under the Annual Tender F.Y. 2026-27.

- E-bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPR Rules, 2014 (amended). Hard copies are not required unless specified.

- Original bid security of 1% in shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Bank Draft must be submitted at time of tender opening, otherwise the offer will be rejected.

- Samples of quoted items must be submitted as per bidding documents to the designated storekeeper on the day of tender opening.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-04 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room, Surgical Tower, Mayo Hospital, Lahore.
