IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore (2026/PQ/44)

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Purpose: Pre-qualification (PQ) of General Contractors for external works for the Establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore — Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic & Medical Rehabilitation (External Works).

Scope: External works including construction of access/vehicular circulation roads, landscaped green areas, pedestrian pathways, seating areas, bicycle parking stands, utility infrastructure, supporting public amenities and associated works to provide a safe, accessible and efficient healthcare environment within Nawaz Sharif Medical District.

How to apply: All interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate. The PQ document and detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered applicants on EPADS at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at http://proc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.

Submission deadline: PQ Proposals must be prepared following the Pre-Qualification document and submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-17 no later than 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on EPADS the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any method other than EPADS will not be considered. If the last date for submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
