DHQ Hospital Chakwal — Auction Notice for Car Parking (Financial Year 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Chakwal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the auction of a car parking stand for the financial year 2026-27 under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

- Bidding documents and details are available on the Punjab PPRA website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the hospital website (https://dhqchakwal.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement portal / EPAD as specified in the tender documents.

- Sealed bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank must be delivered to the Medical Superintendent's office on or before 11:00 AM on the closing date.

- Bids will be opened on the same day (closing date) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Chakwal.

- Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices; no negotiations are expected. If the closing/opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.

- Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and proof of Active Taxpayer status must be provided.
