Auction: Tuck Shop, Canteen & Parking Services — THQ Hospital Gujar Khan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Gujar Khan. Purpose: Public auction of three service contracts for fiscal year 2026-27 — Parking Stand, Main Canteen, and Tuck Shop.

Submission and attendance: Interested bidders must submit auction documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Gujar Khan, on or before 10:30 AM on 2026-07-03. The auction will be held at 11:00 AM on the same date in the Conference Room of THQ Hospital Gujar Khan. Bidders or their representatives must bring the original CNIC and Tender receipt; without these and the required CDR/DD/Bank Guarantee, participation will not be allowed.

Payment & bid security: Earnest money (bid security) must be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank as listed above. The successful bidder must deposit 50% of the successful bid amount into the government account (including applicable taxes) on the day of the auction. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the submitted warranty/earnest money.

Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must be Active Tax Payers with valid NTN/STRN. All applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab will be payable by the successful bidder. Government, semi-government defaulters or employees (and close relatives of employees) of the health department are not eligible to participate. The administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the Auctioning of Collection Right Rules, 2016. Bidders are requested to submit best and final offers; no negotiations will be entertained.

Contract term & other terms: The contract commences on signing and will expire on 2027-06-30; it is extendable for three months. If a central contract is awarded, the bidder must vacate the premises (Tuck Shop, Main Canteen/Cafeteria and Parking Stand) within 15 days' notice; such actions shall not be challenged in any court of law.
