FESCO Tender NCB-14/FESCO/GSC/2025-26 — Supply of 5 HP Core Ultra-7 Laptops (Faisalabad)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-Bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding Method (EPADS) for supply of laptops as per Tender No. NCB-14/FESCO/GSC/2025-26.

Evaluation & eligibility

Tender will be evaluated "As a Whole Tender Basis." Bidders must be registered with PPRA and enabled to use EPADS. Manufacturer or bidder must demonstrate design/manufacturing experience of similar or higher rated equipment/material for at least five years and three-year satisfactory operation performance. Bidder (or manufacturer/JV/partner) shall have successfully completed at least two contracts of same nature/type. Submission of audited financial statements for the last three years is required to demonstrate current soundness of the bidder's financial position.

Bid security & submission

Prospective bidders shall submit bid security in PKR in an acceptable form valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period in favor of Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad. Original hard copy of Bid Security Instrument must be submitted to the issuing office before the bid closing time. Incomplete or late e-bids will be rejected. Bidding documents and submission are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
