The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the Renovation/Revamping of Pakistan Horticulture Authority, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
E-bidding documents and detailed terms are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk); bidders must register on EPADS to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 2026-07-27 11:30 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM). Bid security as specified in the bidding document is required; manual submissions will not be accepted.
