PHE Swat-I Tender — Repair & Maintenance of Existing Water Supply Schemes (2026-27) — Bids Due 2026-07-15

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors (specialization code CE-09) for repair and maintenance (civil works) of existing water supply schemes in PHE Division Swat-I for the year 2026-27. Contractors must follow KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and single stage single envelope procedure through EPDAS.

Key Submission & Eligibility Details

- Submission method: Firms/contractors shall submit bids through http://eprocure.gov.pk. The notice also states physical submission (through courier) of sealed envelopes for the closing deadline.

- Registration: Contractors must be registered with KP Revenue Authority and have active status.

- Last date & time for submission: 2026-07-15 at 11:00 AM (through courier/as stated). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of government contractors or authorized representatives.

- Bid security/additional security: If the quoted rate is more than 20% below the Engineer's estimate, additional security and a detailed rate analysis must be submitted as per KPARA Notification (reference provided in notice) before the closing date/time.
