E-Tender: Concrete Lining of Kawani Minor (RD 0+000 to 28+390) — Panjnad Canal Division

Executive Engineer, Panjnad Canal Division, Panjnad invites e-tenders from registered contractors/firms in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and EPADS Punjab Portal registration. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding, Single Stage - Single Envelope on the EPADS (Punjab e-procurement) portal. Key conditions: bidders must be registered on EPADS; bid security is fixed at 5% (soft copy uploaded on EPADS and original banking instrument — Demand Draft, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan — must be submitted to the Zonal Procurement Committee (ZPC) before the closing date). The bid security must be in the name of Executive Engineer, Panjnad Canal Division, Panjnad. Successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract within 15 days of notification. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

Deadlines: E-Bids must be submitted not later than 14 July 2026 at 02:00 PM. E-Bids will be opened on 14 July 2026 at 02:30 PM in the presence of ZPC and bidders or their authorized representatives. All bidders must comply with PPRA and Punjab Irrigation Department circulars and instructions noted in the bidding documents.
