Annual Tender — Model Pharmacy Purchases (Medicines & Disposables) | Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore (2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC), Jail Road, Lahore invites sealed tenders from reputable firms for purchase of items on the Annual Tender basis for PIC Model Pharmacy for the year 2026-2027. Tender documents can be obtained from the PIC Model Pharmacy during working hours on written request by paying Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable).

Key submission & eligibility instructions:

- Sealed tenders must reach the office by the stated closing date and time. Tenders will be opened in the presence of participants at the indicated opening time and date.

- Firms must submit separate financial bids item-wise in separate envelopes; failure to do so may result in rejection.

- A photocopy of the CDR (with the amount concealed) may be attached to the technical bid; the original CDR must be submitted with the financial bid.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals and is not required to justify the grounds for rejection.

Minimum discount benchmarks (as stated): 10% for national firms; 6% for multinational firms; 15% for disposables.
