Open Tender 37/2026 — Design & Construction of GMP Compliant Sterile Production Area (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad) invites bids from qualified EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractors for the turnkey design, procurement, construction and commissioning of a GMP-compliant sterile production area and associated accessories, in accordance with DRAP regulatory requirements.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender documents are issued on request upon submission of a written request on company letterhead together with the required bank draft / pay order for the tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted for the tender fee.

- Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of GST) must accompany the tender in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Bidders should quote separate prices for FE (foreign equipment) components and provide proforma invoices of principals where applicable.

- The Procuring Agency will establish the Letter of Credit (LC) and import FE components; customs clearance and inland transportation will be the buyer's responsibility.

- Tender validity: bids must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the opening date. Late or incomplete tenders will not be entertained. The original bank draft should be received in the office one day before the opening date. Issuance of tender documents may also close one day before opening.

- Pre-visit of already constructed/planned clean room areas is welcomed prior to technical submission.
