The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites Expressions of Interest from reputable public and private training institutes already registered/accredited with NAVTTC to partner under the Prime Minister's Youth Program – Country of Destination. NAVTTC seeks institutes to provide sectoral training and basic destination-language preparation for youth destined for international employment markets.
Eligible institutes (public/private, NAVTTC-registered) in sectors such as Construction & Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Industry, Hospitality & Tourism, Driving, Agriculture & Livestock, and IT may apply. Target destination regions include GCC countries, EU countries, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea. Download the detailed EOI from www.navttc.gov.pk and submit complete proposals in sealed envelopes to NAVTTC Headquarters, Plot No. 38, Sector H-9, Kirthar Road, Islamabad by 2026-07-27 11:00 AM.
