Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi (Medical Superintendent / Purchase Department) invites registered individuals, firms or companies to participate in an e-auction for the main hospital canteen on a one-year contract. The canteen area is 7,225 sq.ft., located between the old & new buildings (near Waiting & Liver department), Holy Family Hospital, Satellite Town, F-Block, Rawalpindi.

How to apply and participate:

- Registration and participation shall be exclusively through the e-Auction Portal: https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk immediately after publication of this advertisement. Hard-copy submissions are not required for registration.

- Applicants must upload a soft copy of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker’s Cheque on the e-Auction portal. The original instrument must be submitted physically to the Purchase Department, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi within 10 days of announcement of the evaluation result.

- Only applicants declared eligible on the e-Auction portal will be allowed to participate. Submitted registrations will be scrutinized; evaluation results and qualified applicants list will be published on the portal.

- Auction rules: auction will start from the advertised reserve price; highest offer after e-auction procedure will be accepted. If an offer is received during the last minute, the auction time will be extended by five minutes. The successful applicant’s uploaded signature during registration will be treated as acceptance of the auction conditions.
