Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Dept.) invites electronic bids via EPADS Version 2.0 for installation, operation and maintenance of branding gantries on Class‑C land for a period of five (05) years.

Financial requirements and award: each bidder must furnish bid security of Rs. 44,000/- by Pay Order/Bank Draft/Call Deposit Receipt in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after acceptance. Contract fee increases by 10% on a compound basis for subsequent years. Other standard conditions, eligibility criteria, detailed bidding documents, reserve prices and submission procedures are available on the EPADS portal; only bidders registered with EPADS Version 2.0 are eligible to participate.
