Invitation for e-Bids: Framework for Medical Devices & Surgical Dressings — The Children’s Hospital, Lahore

Issuer: The Children’s Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Medical Director: Prof. Dr. Tipu Sultan.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for supply under a Framework Agreement for Medical Devices and Surgical Dressings for the fiscal year 2026–2027. Procurement will follow Punjab PPRA rules and the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS).

How to obtain bidding documents: Detailed specifications and terms & conditions in English are available from the office of the Procuring Agency (The Children’s Hospital) and may be downloaded from the Punjab e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the Hospital website.

Submission method: All bids must be uploaded through the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) by the stated closing date and time. Late or hard-copy submissions will not be accepted unless explicitly permitted by the e-PADS rules.

Bid security and conditions: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or as otherwise required by e-PADS. Original bid security instruments and other required documents must be submitted in accordance with the e-PADS instructions and procurement rules.

Bid validity: Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.

Regulatory framework: Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules (2014) as amended to date and the procedures of the e-PADS/e-procurement platform.
