Executive Engineer, Shahpur Division LJC, Sargodha invites e-tenders (Single Stage–Single Envelope) from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licensed firms/contractors for civil works under the Bi-Annual Market Rate System. Bidding and submission will be through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) at the PPRA/Punjab e-procurement portal.
Key participation requirements: registration with Punjab PPRA/e-procurement (EPADS), valid PEC registration for the relevant category and discipline, and compliance with PPRA rules. Manual bids or bids submitted by hand will not be accepted. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the awarded contract amount as per PPRA rules.
