Deputy Commissioner Lahore — Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Event Services & Supplies (Lots 1–5)

Issuing authority: Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore. The office invites pre-qualification applications from eligible applicants, contractors, firms, suppliers and service providers for hiring various services and supplies for national/religious events, public meetings, arrivals of delegations/cricket teams and government meetings. Pre-qualification is valid for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two further years subject to satisfactory performance and approval.

Eligibility & application method:

- Interested applicants must be registered on the e-PADs of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible.
- Pre-qualification documents (PQD) and detailed requirements are available for registered bidders on e-PADs: http://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
- PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADs. Original bid security must be submitted physically in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least 30 minutes prior to the bid opening time on the same day (otherwise the applicant will be considered non-responsive).

Important dates and times:

- Submission deadline (PQ via e-PADs): 2026-07-06 by 10:30 AM.
- Opening of PQ proposals: 2026-07-06 at 11:00 AM (in presence of applicants or authorized representatives).

Notes:

- Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.
- Manual proposals will not be accepted; proposals must be submitted through e-PADs.
- If the submission date is a public holiday, proposals will be submitted/opened on the next working day.
