Issuer: Deputy Commissioner Office / Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), DC Office, District Courts, Lower Mall, Lahore.
Purpose: Invitation for pre-qualification of applicants/contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for hiring of various services for National and Religious events, public meetings, arrival of delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. Pre-qualification will be valid for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two additional years subject to satisfactory performance and approval.
Registration & Documents: Interested applicants must be registered on the e-PADs of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Pre-qualification documents (PQD) with detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on e-PADs at http://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
Submission & Opening: PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADs on or before 2026-07-06 by 10:30 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least 30 minutes prior to the opening time; failure to do so will render the applicant non-responsive. Manual proposals will not be accepted.
Procurement Rules: Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The procuring agency reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications in accordance with PP Rules, 2014 (as amended).
