Bank of Punjab Tender: Contractors Wanted for Renovation of Three BOP Branches

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement)

Purpose: Hiring well-reputed organizations/companies for renovation work at three BOP branches under a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding process. Bids (technical and financial) must be uploaded/submitted through the E-Pads portal only.

Key instructions:

• Bid documents are available immediately on the E-Pads portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/) and on the PPRA website (http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk/) and may be downloaded free of cost.
• Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the E-Pads portal by 2026-07-09 at 11:00 AM.
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-09 at 11:30 AM by the Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced.
• Bid security: Minimum 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to Head CPD before the submission time as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR/UC) in favor of The Bank of Punjab. A copy of the CDR must be uploaded on E-Pads as part of the Technical Bid.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• The tender notice is also uploaded on BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and the E-Pads portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/). The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of documents.
