Issuer: Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Deputy Commissioner Office, District Courts, Lower Mall, Lahore. Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for hiring various services for national and religious events, public meetings, arrival of delegations, cricket teams and government meetings.

Key instructions:
- Pre-qualification will be carried out through e-PADS of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Interested applicants must be registered on e-PADS to be eligible.
- The Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered bidders on e-PADS at: http://Punjab.ecoprocure.gov.pk
- Original Bid Security must be submitted physically in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the opening of bids on the same day; otherwise the applicant will be considered non-responsive.
- PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 2026-07-06 by 10:30 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
- Manual proposals will not be accepted. Only pre-qualified applicants shall be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The procuring agency reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
