PEF Invitation to Bid — Procurement of LED TVs, Mounts and AV Accessories for Head Office (Bid Closing 2026-06-23)

Issuer: Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). PEF invites sealed bids under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure for procurement of LED displays, mounts and AV accessories for the PEF Head Office new building for FY 2025–2026. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax and registration authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax) and comply with PPR/PPRs requirements.

Bidding documents will be available on E-PADs, PPRA and PEF websites after publication. Bids must be submitted through E-PADs; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the bid. The original bid security in a sealed envelope must be delivered to the DAD Section, Punjab Education Foundation, 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore by the submission deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Total estimated contract value: PKR 13,500,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated price = PKR 270,000. Bid security must be submitted in original form (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bids must maintain a minimum validity period of 120 days from the bid submission date. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.

- Submission deadline (original bid security delivered to DAD Section): 2026-06-23 by 11:00 AM.
- Technical bid opening (in presence of bidders): 2026-06-23 at 11:30 AM at PEF office (52-L, Gulberg-III, near Kalma Chowk, Lahore).
