Chief Supply Chain Management Officer — MEPCO Headquarters, Multan

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). MEPCO invites applications for the position of Chief Supply Chain Management Officer to be posted at MEPCO Headquarters, Multan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement MEPCO supply chain strategy aligned with corporate vision and Board direction; manage procurement team and procurement processes per PPR rules and MEPCO practices; lead procurement for equipment, spare parts and services; manage inventory control and logistics for efficient, cost-effective distribution of equipment and supplies; ensure effective utilization of ERP/PMECO (as applicable) systems; coordinate with departments to maximize procurement and supply chain effectiveness; update supply chain framework periodically and align with internal and external requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- At least 16 years of education (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain or related field from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
- Relevant professional certifications/courses from reputable national/international institutions are desirable.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, including at least two (2) years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department) in an equivalent strategic leadership position within a large-scale public sector, national, or multinational corporate organization. Experience should demonstrate leadership, strategic significance, and ability to manage complex supply chain operations.

Remuneration

Market-based competitive salary package (indicated range Rs. 0.8 to Rs. 1 million per month). Package negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications. Role includes admissible benefits and allowances per company policy for C-level executives. Annual performance appraisal will be conducted by the MEPCO Board of Directors.
