Issuer: Office of the Deputy Commissioner (F&P), District Courts, Lower Mall, Lahore. The office invites applications from eligible applicants/contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for pre-qualification to provide various services for national and religious events, public meetings, arrival of delegations, and government functions. Pre-qualification is for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two years subject to satisfactory performance.
How to apply: Interested applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) portal and obtain the Pre-Qualification Document (PQ) from the e-PADS website: http://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADS. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least 30 minutes prior to bid opening on the same day.

Submission deadline and opening: PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 2026-07-06 by 10:30 AM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
Important notes: Original bid security must be delivered physically to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least 30 minutes before bid opening. Manual proposals will not be accepted. Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible for subsequent procurement proceedings. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
