Pre-Qualification Notice — Hiring Event Services & Equipment, Deputy Commissioner Office Lahore

Issuer: Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Deputy Commissioner Office, District Courts, Lower Mall, Lahore. The Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore invites applications from eligible applicants/contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for pre-qualification to provide various event, security, transport and refreshment services for national and religious events, public meetings, delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. Pre-qualification will be followed by competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Pre-qualification is initially for one year, extendable up to two years subject to satisfactory performance and approval of competent authority.

Registration and submission: Interested applicants must be registered on e-PADs of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to be eligible. The Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) is available to registered bidders on e-PADs at http://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Original physical bid security must be submitted to the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the opening of bids on the same day; otherwise the applicant will be considered non-responsive. Manual proposals will not be accepted. Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. If the submission date is a public holiday, proposals will be submitted/opened on the next working day. Further information/clarification may be obtained from the issuing office during office hours.

Submission deadline and opening: PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADs on or before 06.07.2026 by 10:30 AM. PQ proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
