DW&CE (DCI), Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications and sealed bids from firms/contractors (enlisted with MES) for miscellaneous construction works and consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost as CDR or Defence Saving Certificates duly pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.
