Key instructions and requirements:
- Detailed specifications and tender documents available from the undersigned on written request on firm letterhead with the original bank draft/pay order for the tender fee payable to Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.
- Tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
- Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening. Tenders with shorter validity will be rejected. Tenders received after opening time will not be entertained.
- The procuring agency will establish LC and import for FE components; customs clearance and inland transportation is buyer's responsibility. Pre-visit of available constructed/planned clean room area is welcomed prior to technical submission.
